CWE Center: The Nature of Conflict (CWEC:TNoC)
Conflict is a natural and normal feature of the workplace. It is inevitable in any organization. Although differences will occur, the outcome doesn’t have to be negative. This course will provide you with the tools that will help you address conflicts at the earlier stages. You will learn to identify your own conflict triggers and how to best self-manage while addressing a co-worker, using a set of proven tools. This course is highly interactive for best learning results.
